Alwin D’souza is a Ph.D. student in the Morrison School of Agribusiness. He was associated with the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Centre, New Delhi (CIMMYT) and International Food Policy Research Institute, New Delhi (IFPRI). His interests lie in social networks, consumer behavior and food security.

Dr. Carola Grebitus is Assistant Professor of Food Industry Management. Her interests include consumer behavior and decision-making, food and product labeling, and consumer preferences for sustainable foods and other product choices.

Dr. Antonios Printezis, is Assistant Clinical Professor of Supply Chain Management. His interests lie on the interface of business & sustainability and include sustainable logistics, supply chain management and healthcare management.

Iryna Printezis, M.S., is a Ph.D. student in the Morrison School of Agribusiness. Her research interests lie in consumer perception, attitude, and purchase behavior with regard to local food.

Yi Xie, M.S., is Ph.D. student in the Morrison School of Agribusiness. Yi is researching consumer perception and preferences for nutrition labeling. She recently conducted an eye tracking study with more than 100 participants to test the current nutrition facts panel.

Dr. Karen E. Lewis is Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee. Karen recently finished her dissertation "Analysis of the United States Sugar Industry." She has conducted non-hypothetical auctions, taste tests and eye tracking studies in the lab.
Dan Wang, M.S., recently finished her Masters degree with a thesis on "An Empirical Study on the Influence of Social Networks and Menu Labeling on Calorie Intake in a University Dining Hall." Dan assisted in numerous studies conducted in the lab as research assistant of Dr. Grebitus.
Collaborators

Jutta Roosen is professor of marketing and consumer research at the TUM School of Management, Technical University of Munich. Her research focuses on consumer food choice and the influence of information and technology acceptance.

Dr. Rod Roscoe is an Assistant Professor of Cognitive Science and Engineering and the director of SLATE Lab at Arizona State University. His interests include self-regulated learning, peer learning, instructional technology, feedback, and sustainability.
