Research

We conduct a variety of research projects:

• As part of our teaching with undergraduate and graduate students. For example, the class AGB 456 Food Product Development and Innovation includes market research on newly developed products using the facilities for student project.
• Graduate students of the Morrison School of Agribusiness conduct their research in the lab applying a wide range of methods ranging from (non-)hypothetical auctions, choice experiments, taste testing and eye tracking.
• Faculty of the Morrison School of Agribusiness strives to achieve theoretical and methodological advancements conducting research in the lab.
